Please call 908-578-6065 or 401-388-8504  for more information about insurance or any questions you have. You may also fill out the contact info on this website. Scheduling and cancellation of an appointment time is handled over the phone to keep things confidential.

HOURS:

  • Daytime and evening sessions are available by appointment.

  • Sessions are fifty minutes in length unless special arrangements are made.

  • A forty-eight hour cancellation notice is required by phone call.

  • The office is open on a part time basis.

FEES:

​

  • To help as many people as possible, fees are based on a sliding scale .

  • Payment is expected at time of session.

  • A statement is provided for you to submit to your health insurance .

  • I am not able to submit insurance claims directly as an out of network provider.

  • Please check with your insurance provider for terms of your coverage.

  • Special payment arrangements can be made with churches and non-profit organizations assisting those in need.
